Multiple Targets

Enable your phones to ring in the order you choose. If your first line is busy or unanswered, the call is forwarded to the next available line.

Percentage Distribution

Deliver a given percentage of calls to different targets. Eg. 20% to line 1, 40% to line 2 and 40% to line 3.

Simultaneous Multiple Targets

Have all your phones ring at once when your Planet Telecom phone number is dialled (even when these phones are in different locations).

Time of Day Routing

Choose where calls are delivered depending on the your choice of time-of-day and day-of-week. For example, you might choose to answer calls at your office 9am to 5pm, and outside of these hours on your mobile phone.

Special Dates

Create a bespoke routing plan or voicemail for out of hours, closed dates, including bank holidays and any other special dates.
