So Long, 2024: A Final Roundup from Us!

2024 – what a year it’s been. It’s safe to say that the years keep going by faster and faster – and here at Planet Telecom, it’s been a huge 12 months for big changes for our team and our customers. In the most positive way, of course!

As we close out 2024, we wanted to take a brief look back at the major changes we’ve undergone since January, and what that’s meant for our customers and clients.

2024: The Year of Planet Telecom

The biggest change for us, of course, has been our rebranding. Previously known as Planet Numbers, we changed our business name for a very important reason – to better highlight the services we offer to you, our customers.

Planet Numbers started out as a specialist service offering memorable virtual numbers to businesses and individuals alike. And, while that is certainly still a service we offer that’s very important to our clients, we’ve grown massively over the past few years to offer more products and services to support your telecommunications needs.

Hence, we rebranded ourselves as Planet Telecom – so we could better position our VoIP and business comms services to those looking for more than just numbers.

And, so far, it’s been a roaring success. Our rebranding has helped us to put across more of our packages and benefits to you in a more streamlined, appealing way – and we’ve been able to put our fantastic VoIP provisioning and analytics services at the forefront of everything we do.

Our customers are big fans, too – so, long live Planet Telecom! We’re also pleased to have been able to share more insights and news with you these past few months – and, again, long may that continue.

It’s Not Too Late to Save on Festive Calling

While we’re focused on the end of the year, many of you are probably thinking about getting back in touch with family and friends based overseas in time for Christmas and New Year.
