0300 Numbers

0300 Numbers are reserved exclusively for use by government departments and public services, healthcare, charities and non-profit making organisations. They are used by the DVLA, NHS, and the RSPCA among many others.

How 0300 numbers work

There’s no need to buy any new equipment when you get a Planet Telecom 0300. We simply connect your new number to an existing landline or mobile of your choice. (And you can change this whenever you want to). Naturally you can still use the destination phone to make and receive calls using its original number.

From just £12.50 a month with free connection

Put simply, the more memorable the number is, the more it costs. But our basic Bronze range numbers cost just £12.50a month with FREE connection. Our more memorable Silver, Gold and Platinum ranges have a small connection charge to pay, as well as slightly higher monthly fees.

What if the calls aren’t included in customers’ packages?

The majority of landline and mobile packages include 0300 numbers as a matter of course. But in the rare instance that a customer’s inclusive minutes package doesn’t cover them, they’ll simply pay the same per minute rate as if they were calling an 01 or 02 number outside their package allowance.
